National Honor Society

About this club

The National Honor Society was established in 1921 to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, it serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Chapter membership challenges members to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service. National Honor Society requires that all students demonstrate their commitment to the four pillars in a holistic application. The NHS membership application is open to tenth and eleventh graders. The application opens in January of each year.
